When does the campsite open?
The campsite is open all year round.
What are the arrangements for welcoming visitors to the campsite?
Visitors are permitted on the campsite, provided they report to reception upon arrival to pay the entry fee of €3 per person per day. The visitor’s rate is valid only for a day visit and does not permit an overnight stay at the campsite. Anyone wishing to stay overnight must be registered as an occupant and pay the corresponding rate. Visitors are not permitted access to the swimming area reserved for campers. Their vehicles must be left in the car park outside the campsite and may not be parked within the campsite grounds.

Is it possible to arrive outside reception opening hours?

Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite?
Pets are allowed on the campsite and in some holiday rentals for an additional charge, except in mobile homes.
Can I pay for the booking using holiday vouchers?
Only paper holiday vouchers are accepted as payment for stays; please contact us to arrange the details when you make your booking.
What are the refund terms in the event of cancellation?
Refund conditions depend on the type of stay, the date of cancellation, the reason for cancellation and whether you have taken out cancellation insurance. The terms and conditions are set out in your contract, our Terms and Conditions, and with the insurer.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, all stays in accommodation require a deposit, either by credit card authorisation or in cash.
What are the reception opening hours?
Low season: Monday – Sunday 9.00 am – 12.00 pm | 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm Mid season: Monday – Sunday 9.00 am – 12.00 pm / 2.00 pm – 7.00 pm July – August: Monday – Sunday 8.30 am – 9.00 pm

Bed linen and towels are available to hire.
Are babies included in the accommodation’s capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation’s capacity; the maximum number of people in the mobile homes must not be exceeded.
Is Wi-Fi free and available throughout the estate?
Wi-Fi is available for a fee throughout the campsite
Is it possible to choose your own pitch?
Yes, subject to availability.
Are all mobile homes air-conditioned?
All mobile homes reserved for holidaymakers are air-conditioned.
Does the mobile home come with a parasol?
All mobile homes have a pergola
Do the mobile homes have dishwashers?
The mobile homes are not fitted with dishwashers; some are fitted with gas ovens (3-bedroom ‘3 Violettes CONFORT+’ mobile home)
Do you have accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility?
We have a mobile home suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM mobile home)
My child is a minor and would like to go away for a few days with their friends. Is that possible?
No, unfortunately, you have to be of legal age! In accordance with the rules of procedure, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Water park
Is the water park open during the low season?
The water park is open from June to the end of August.
Are food and drink allowed in the pool area?
For hygiene reasons, food is not permitted within the water park
Are there qualified lifeguards on duty at the pools?
The swimming area is not supervised and children are the responsibility of their parents
What are the opening hours of the aquatic centre?
The water park is open from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 19.00; during the season, late-night opening sessions are frequently organised

Activities
What are the start and end times for the activities?
Family entertainment is organised in the evenings at 9 pm and begins around 7 pm with the mini-disco, which is very popular with children and their parents.
When do the seasonal events start?
Events are usually held between mid-July and mid-August
How can I get a copy of the calendar or schedule of events?
The programme of activities is available from reception and is displayed in various locations around the campsite

Are there any excursions available that depart from the campsite?
There are plenty of tours and activities on offer, whether around Toulouse, in the Lauragais or at well-known regional attractions.
Is the campsite near the town centre?
The town of Castanet Tolosan is 4.5 km away and offers a full range of shops and services. There is a shopping centre 1 km away.
Where are the cycle paths?
The Canal du Midi is 800 metres from the campsite
Can you walk to a supermarket?
There is a shopping centre 1 km from the campsite.
Is the campsite served by public transport?
There are various bus routes available from the campsite

Can you hire bikes at the campsite?
Some providers offer bike hire with delivery to the campsite. Advance booking is strongly recommended.
Can I hire a cot or a high chair?
A baby cot or high chair hire service is available
Is there a nurse on site at the campsite, with a first-aid room and equipment available?
We can provide you with the contact details of a nursing practice that can visit the campsite if required
Are barbecues available to hire?
Communal barbecues are available for guests’ use; the use of charcoal barbecues on the pitches is strictly prohibited
Is there a helpline available if there’s a problem with the hosting service?
In the event of an emergency or if absolutely necessary, an intercom located outside reception can be used to contact the campsite staff
Do I need to book an appointment for the end-of-tenancy inspection when I move out?
An appointment to carry out the property inspection must be arranged no later than the day before your departure
Is there a mini-market on the campsite?
A mini-market is available at reception
Is there a bakery?
From May to mid-September, freshly baked bread and pastries are available at the shop, subject to booking the day before.
Cleanliness
Have the toilets been refurbished recently?
The toilet facilities have recently been completely refurbished and adapted to meet guests’ requirements and needs
Is a cleaning service available for mobile homes?
We do not provide a cleaning service for holiday lettings; guests must clean the property themselves before they leave
Does the campsite have a laundry service?
In the campsite’s laundry room, you’ll find several washing machines and tumble dryers

What measures have been put in place in relation to COVID-19?
We follow the health and hygiene measures recommended by the industry, as well as any restrictions imposed by the authorities
Environmental initiatives
What measures are being taken to protect the natural environment?
We are committed to preserving local biodiversity. The site is set within a rich natural environment, with flora consisting largely of local species. The grounds are maintained using environmentally friendly household and gardening products.
How does the campsite reduce its energy consumption?
Our reversible air-conditioning systems are remotely controlled to prevent excessive energy consumption; the indoor swimming pool and aquatic facilities are only activated when necessary; all lighting on the site uses energy-efficient LED bulbs and twilight sensors; and aerators are fitted to all washbasins and showers to limit water flow without compromising comfort.
Are there any solutions to limit the use of polluting vehicles?
Yes, all internal travel at the campsite is done on foot or with electric golf carts, silent and non-polluting. In addition, the campsite is labeled Accueil Vélo, promoting soft mobility.
Is selective sorting in place?
Absolutely. Collection areas are accessible to holidaymakers in order to facilitate the sorting of waste and raise everyone’s awareness about reducing environmental impact, even on vacation.
